Melbourne “Mel” R. Sampson of Eagle Grove passed away peacefully on June 9, 2026, at his home. Visitation will be held June 18, at Foust Funeral Home, 4-7 p.m. A Celebration of Mel’s life will be held at Evangelical Lutheran Church in Eagle Grove, on June 19 at 10:30 a.m. Pastor Zamzow will officiate the service.
